Implementation taskforce
The official youth engagement group for the G7. This year I am serving as the graphic designer for the ‘Implementation taskforce’, which is responsible for promoting and hosting the Y7 summit.

Vice-President
Amidst the Coronavirus lockdown, our committee of 4 started the Graphic Design society at Falmouth University to keep the 400+ students on our course connected with socials and creative workshops.

Volunteer Team Leader
Volunteer team leader for the weekend-long EA Global conference in London 2019. I was responsible for a team of ~12 volunteers throughout the event.

ExImpact – hackathon
winning team: Sostena
A 48-hour ‘Ethical hackathon’ in which our team of 4 designed a startup business that would produce surfboards from donated plastic waste. Our team’s project was elected as the winner and was referred to Tevi (incubator) for startup support.

ExHack – hackathon
team: Litaria
A 72-hour startup hackathon hosted by the Entrepreneurs Society at Exeter University. A friend and I travelled to Exeter to enter as a duo, and presented our startup idea to a panel of business executives.

Young Norfolk Arts Festival
Comms team member
Arts festival run by (and for) young people in Norfolk. I was on the 2017 Comms team, producing graphics, videos, radio etc. and have been an alumni mentor ever since, hosting workshops for new members.

Jarrold Printing Museum
Student volunteer
This museum was one of the UK’s few archives of operational printing equipment from the past few centuries. I became the museum’s first & only student volunteer, responsible for cataloguing a large library of books about the printing trade.
